At NOTYRA, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NOTYRA is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain locations where delivery services are unavailable or restricted.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United States. We work to ensure that every order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Products marked as Pre-Order or Limited Release may have longer processing and delivery times. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page whenever possible.
